Hi all,
It has been quite a while since our 30 years reunion. I really had a wonderful time in the reunion celebration in Hong Kong. The reunion was organized well, thank to you all. I was very impressed with the singing of the old school songs in the tour bus. It sure brought back many memories. I hope to see you all again soon. Don't forget to let me know of any similar events. I will be sure to join you all again. If any of you happen to come to Calgary, let me know ahead of time so I can show you around.
This year, we had our annual Pui Ying Calgay Chapter Christmas dinner party on Dec. 8. We held it together with Pui Jing and Pai Do. There were about 80 people in all, with about 40 from Pui Ying. This year, Pui Ying had a giant flag to show the other schools. (Thanks Amy Ching for getting it for me. ) We sang our school anthem and Christmas carols. We plaged games, exchanged gifts, had a present draw, and we had a big dinner. I belive you remenber Dr. Leung In-Sing. Won, we have a Dr. in our class! He happened to visit Calgary to give a talk in a church from Dec. 14 to 16. The Pui Ying Calgarian alumni invited him out for lunch.
This year, winter in Calgary has been nice. The temperature is around - 2 C to - 15 C with bright sunshine and blue skies. There is some snow on the ground. My family and I will be spending Christmas at home. We will have a great turkey and ham Christmas feast. We will make some short trips out to the mountains to go skating on the lake and hiking along the river to enjoy the winter wonderland.
